Our standard production time is approximately 3 weeks. Orders requiring customization typically take an additional 3 to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the custom design and the number of revisions needed.
Do I need to send in my engagement ring for a custom fit?
Not at all. In most cases, clear photos and a few key measurements are enough for us to model your engagement ring digitally and design a band that fits perfectly.
Can I see a preview before production?
Definitely! We provide CAD rendering (digital 3D preview) for approval for all custom options before crafting begins.
Is customization more expensive?
Some customizations have fixed prices; our Custom Fit Service is $60, and engraving is $20. Other adjustments, such as choosing a different metal, redesigning the band, or adding/changing stones, may vary in cost. We’ll always provide a clear quote before moving forward.
