Warranty Policy

At Patti Ring, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and lasting quality. For your peace of mind, all eligible pieces are covered by a one-year free warranty, effective from the delivery date of your order. This warranty includes specific repairs and replacements under the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Stone Detachment

Center Stone (≥ 0.5ct):

  • If your center stone becomes detached but is not lost, please keep it safely and take the ring to a trusted local jeweler for repair. Patti Ring will reimburse repair costs up to $100 upon submission of an invoice or receipt.
  • If your center stone is lost, you may request a replacement by paying 30% of your original order amount. The ring must be sent back to us for inspection and professional repair.

Accent Stones (< 0.5ct):

  • For first-time loss or detachment of accent stones, Patti Ring will provide replacement stones at no cost.
  • Please have them set at your local jeweler, and we will reimburse setting costs up to $100 (one-time only) with proof of invoice or receipt.

 

2. Loose Prongs

If your ring’s prongs become loose, please have them tightened by a professional jeweler. Patti Ring will cover the cost up to $50 (one-time only) after you provide the invoice or receipt.

 

3. Gold-Plated Silver & Black Gold Jewelry Tarnishing

Gold-Plated Jewelry:

  • Gold-plated Silver pieces may naturally tarnish over time.
  • If the plating peels within six months, we provide one free re-plating service.
  • For a permanent solution, you may upgrade to solid gold by paying only the price difference.

Black Gold Jewelry:

  • Black Gold is created by applying a layer of Black Ruthenium plating over silver or gold.
  • This plating may naturally wear or fade with regular use.
  • If the plating peels within six months, we provide one free re-plating service.

 

4. Special Cases & Disclaimer

The policies above cover the most common warranty situations. For any unique or complex cases, Patti Ring will review and handle them individually. Please note, however, that damages caused by human error, accidents, or external factors are not covered, as the warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
